Suitable: Beginners, Post Natal and Pre Natal up to 34 weeks
This class builds on the fundamentals learnt in your Intro class, Reformer Connect is for everyone (Perfect for beginners).
You’ll deepen your understanding of core connection, alignment and muscle activation, don’t be fooled though, this full-body class will get the endorphins pumping.
Stabilise
Think: Full-body truths, tremors!
Deepen your mind-body connection with this dynamic class designed to challenge your balance, core, and stabilising muscles. Take your Pilates to the next level with Reformer Stabilise — an intermediate class that combines advanced reformer exercises to strengthen muscles, enhance stability, and boost endurance

Extend your Pilates experience with our highest class offered that will challenge your strength, stability and endurance through advanced and longer flowing full body repertoire. Expect more complex movements, increased resistance, additional apparatus/props
